Author: Hello everyone, KJ Nivin here and tonight my guest is from one of my latest novels: 31 OCEAN - The NASA Files. This is a 'Beach Book' which is around 100 pages to be read in one setting. My guest: JD Cross ladies and gentlemen. (Applause) (JD walks on stage and sits across from Nivin)

JD: Thank you Mr. Nivin.

Author: Please, call me KJ. Welcome JD. Well, first of all, I'm sure my audience want to know what do you think of your new roll as lead character in 31 Ocean.

JD: It's right up my alley KJ. I think you know that I'm a recovering Alcoholic and go to meetings and have a belief in my Higher Power. I hope that doesn't turn anyone off, it's God as I understand God. I don't push it on my friends. Now that I'm finished with the announcements, I love my character in the book and my girlfriend Mattie is awesome.(Applause)

Author: I too am in recovery since 1983. Congratulations for being sober today. (Applause) In this book, 31 Ocean, I wanted a hero who was a normal guy but was down on his luck. I also wanted hope in the mix. There was a friend who used to live under the 17th Street Pier - Address "Sandy beach - Atlantic Ocean" before he sobered up. He is doing well now for many years.

JD: I like your plot, it's interesting: A Space Station found on Mars. I know this was in the newspapers not too long ago. A guy was on Google Mars and found some sort of object. He posted it on video.

Author: That's true. I got my idea for this book from his find. I can say that with the Shuttle Missions being shut down recently by NASA, there must be an alternate exploration program in place that has been in existence for a while. JD, you talked about Mattie your girlfriend. You two have some chemistry and some history don't you.

JD:  Yes, KJ, she was my girlfriend and the drinking got pretty bad while we were together. We went to counseling and of course when my brother died, I used that as an excuse to drink again. I was sober for a short time before that though. She loved me so much she refused to leave no matter how bad it was. She's something else. She loves me. (Standing Ovation - JD waves.)

Author: So, in the book, you called your friend in California who made the discovery of the Mars Space Station and that started the ball rolling for you JD.

JD: It sure did. Powers to be didn't want the fact that the Secret Mars Space Station to be common knowledge so they started playing dirty. I loved the end of the book because it had a twist that I didn't expect.

Author: Yes, the Government is touchy about things like that. They spend our money and then keep it a secret about what they spend it on. Somehow that doesn't seem right. Oh well, this too shall pass. JD, are you ready for the next book. Part two is another twist I believe you'll find, being the lead character in it, will stimulate your senses.

JD: As long as you don't kill me off. Beat me, beat me and make me write bad checks but keep me around for round three. (JD laughs wildly) I can't wait. Is there any sneak previews KJ?

Author: I'll say one thing without giving away31 Ocean II: Some of the ships still float. That's it. That's my sneak peak. The audience will have to read the first 31 Ocean to figure it out though. JD, it's been a pleasure.

JD: Like wise KJ.

Author: Ladies and Gentlemen JD Cross - main character in 31 Ocean - The NASA Files. (Applause) Good night everyone. Read my newest novel Clock Jumpers (part 1 & 2) is an ebook on Amazon and Barnes
